Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Children's Manager - Level 5. The Registered Children's Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the facility, including managing staff, developing and implementing care plans, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Additionally, the Registered Children's Manager will collaborate with other professionals to provide the best possible care for our young patients.


Qualifications

  • Experience in managing and leading a team
  • Knowledge of child development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance
  • Level 5 in Childcare
  • Experience in a similar role is a plus
  • OFSTED Registration knowledge
